Eco Bling Couture Giveaway! :) {CLOSED}

Hey dolls! I have yet another awesome giveaway! :)
The Eco Bling Couture shop is unlike any other shop I've stumbled upon. Why? Well this shop consists of jewelry that has been recycle, reclaimed, and reused. That's what makes it "eco friendly!" Lika, the shop owner, transforms broken or unused jewelry into a beautiful creation! What's even better? Her pieces are all at covetable prices! :)


Q&A with Lika:

1.) Tell us a little about "Eco Bling Couture."
I never had a desire for Jewelry making. (I know strange huh) I worked as a fraud investigator for 15 years and when I had my son Niko I decided I hated working in a corporate office and decided I was going to try to stay home. I got really bad insomnia and went to a bead store spent 700.00 dollars on beads made everything and decided YUCK and gave it all away. Then I ordered a 40 lbs box of “junk Jewelry “ on ebay and I was in heaven. Opened up my store and realized that I am going to run a business and take care of a newborn. It was crazy.

2.) What inspired you to create jewelry that is eco friendly?
You can make so many more interesting things out of reclaimed jewelry you don’t get to pick it out you just have to sort through everything and use what you have. Sometimes you find the most interesting things. Once I got a bag of tangled jewelry $14.99 I went through it and was going to cut up a necklace then I saw a marking that I thought was a “sterling silver” but it was actually a platinum rope chain that well was $1800.00 (that is another fun part!).

3.) What type of girl do you envision wearing your pieces?
A lot of my customers are repeat customers from young to old. I try to not stick to one thing and have something for everyone. From simple to crazy! I like crazy sometimes but I also like simple too.

4.) What is your fave item in your shop?

I started making the St Germain Liquor necklace cuz I went out to dinner and ordered one then I saw the bottle and thought “o I can make a necklace from the cap” and everyone loves them.

5.) What's your own personal style like?
I used to wear suits and heels, now I LOVE my jeans. I also have an addiction to handbags and shoes! I LOVE thrift shopping, I mean why pay full price? My best finds are my BLACK leather Tods bag and my vintage Ferragamo. I love Jewelry too. I try to wear one of my pieces every time I go out.
