Hey darlings! I hope everyone had an ah-mazing Thanksgiving holiday! :) Mine was lovely... it felt really good to be surrounded by a lot of our family. And of course, the food was yummy! It was tough coming back to work today, but I know that Christmas break is right around the corner. ;)
Now it's time for baking Christmas cookies, burning peppermint and balsam candles, decorating the house and trimming the tree, attending ugly Christmas sweater parties etc. I love this time of year!! Not to mention MY hubby's birthday is Dec. 2nd and my birthday is Dec. 22nd!! Being a Christmas baby is awesome (don't let anyone fool you, I never was jipped on gifts), it really puts you in the holiday mood.

This blazer was one of my first vintage purchases EVER. I purchased it a vintage shop in Tallahasse, while in college and I loved it the moment I set my eyes on it. Not only because it reminded me of Christmas, but the plaid paired w/ the black velvet buttons and collar just made it extra perfect. It's just one of those pieces I save in my closet until this time of year, and it brings a smile to my face every time. :)
