I'm sure I'm not alone when I say it's really hard to find good quality basics without having to shell out a lot of cash. I do believe it's important to invest in good basics because you get a lot of wear out of them and they should last more than a few washes. However, when I do stumble upon a great basic that also happens to be low in price, my heart sings. Case in point, this basic black long sleeved tee by SixTwenty. The tee was only $30 y'all. Pretty awesome, I know. I love it alone, but since it was a bit chilly last weekend I layered a vintage open-cardi on top. I love mixing black and white, but I always need to add a touch of color or a fun print to the mix, and this vintage cardi does just that.
