Pom Pom Shorts

As a mom (and a mom w/ a new baby on the way) I'm all about an outfit that's equal parts comfort and style. These printed lounge shorts from Natural Life were an instant fave for me. For one, I'm print and color obsessed, and these shorts are a perfect combo of the two. Secondly, they have an elastic waist and are extremely lightweight -- hello comfort! Finally, they have pom poms y'all! I mean.... that alone was a win for me. ;)
I wanted these fun shorts to be the main focus of my outfit, so I paired them w/ one of my fave classic white tees from LaMadeClothing (it's so hard to find a quality white tee that won't break the bank, and this one is amaze), a denim vest from James Jeans (the perfect layering piece for year round) and some great accessories (um, how cute are these heart-shaped sunnies y'all?!).
Oh, and I have to tell y'all about this 14k gold plated coordinates necklace from TAudrey that I'm wearing. I chose the coordinates of my Alma Mater: Florida State University, where my husband and I not only graduated but it's where we first met! I will cherish it forever!
All and all, my outfit kept me cool and comfy for the hot summer day and still allowed me to feel fun and stylish. My kind of outfit. :)
