How romantic is this vintage ruffled collar blouse? I had to have it the moment I set eyes on it! The color is fabulous the pleated collar is mah-jor, and the fact that it's sheer and light-weight makes it perfect to transition from winter to spring. I was waiting for the right ensemble for these miu miu esque floral mary-jane platforms from F21...I knew the pop of color in this blouse, paired with the rich green in these trousers would compliment the shoe perfectly. And how ah-mazing is this vintage Judith Lieber belt?... to think I only paid a few dollars for it. It's crazy what some people throw away, isn't it?
