Vintage Fendi

Whenever I'm in a fashion rut and I'm not feeling creative enough when styling an outfit, my mind immediately goes to one classic combo: a great pair of denim and a chambray or denim top. I love a denim on denim look (especially this one), but I especially love when the jeans are white. I think it's such a fresh and easy look. Today is 19 degrees!! Seriously SO cold, so this look called for a heavy coat and a great scarf -- in comes two of my fave vintage possessions. This vintage black cocoon coat was a gift from a friend and seriously made my heart sing the moment I laid eyes on it. It's perfect in every way. This vintage Fendi scarf is all sorts of amazing. I scored it while thrifting a few years ago and I'm pretty sure I paid under $10 for it. I'm obsessed w/ the southwest print (le duh, my fave print of all) and the fact that it's big and blanket-like makes it perfect to cozy up in on freezing days like today!

P.S. I'm 40 weeks today and I couldn't be more thrilled to say that, unless the baby decides to make an early appearance, we will be heading to the hospital at 5 AM tomorrow to be induced. We are SO excited!! I'm also a tad nervous, since my first experience delivering wasn't the best (I had 2 epidurals and neither worked), but I'm hopeful that this time around things will go smoothly! Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. I cannot wait to share photos of our new bundle of joy with all of y'all! XoXo
